Raj Khanna Pty Ltd or (www.bollywoodclubx.com) may, without prior written notice, invalidate any tickets that are believed to be in breach of these terms and conditions, and no refund, replacement or compensation will be offered.
Photo ID Essential: This is an 18+ event. You will be asked to present a legal form of identification at the event entry, such as a current Australian driver’s license (international driver’s licenses won’t be accepted), 'RTA Proof Of Age' card, or a valid Passport Only. No other form of identification or any photocopies will be accepted at the entry.
Approval and Passwords: Tickets for events are issued only via password to Bollywood Club members. If you have purchased ticket/s without receiving valid approval (for your full name) and password directly from Bollywood Club (info@bollywoodclubx.com), your ticket may be cancelled without refund and the bearer of the ticket may be refused admission.
Refund Policy: No refunds or exchanges on any ticket except as required by and/or specified by the Live Performance Australia Industry Code of Practice. Incorrect purchases are NOT guaranteed a refund and are at the discretion of the event organizer.
Ticket Presentation: Your bar-coded printout ticket is your ticket to the event; this must be presented at the gate to gain entry. Your ticket will be emailed to the email address specified during booking as a PDF attachment once your card has been successfully charged. If you are unable to print your ticket(s) or do not receive your ticket(s) please email us at info@bollywoodclubx.com with your full name and type of ticket, and we shall resend it to you.
Identity Verification: At the point of entry, the ticket presented must match the FULL NAME AND DATE OF BIRTH specified in the booking history. You will be asked to present a CURRENT matching driver’s license, "RTA Proof of Age" card, or Passport that matches this information.
Ticket Security: Please ensure your ticket is kept in a secure place, like cash, as the ticket can only be validated once. If used, the ticket will become void. Please be cautious that your email is not forwarded to anyone. Each ticket will be emailed as separate PDF tickets.
Organizer Rights: The event organizer reserves the right to withdraw, reschedule, or substitute artist/s and/or vary advertised prices, event times, and inclusions without notice. The event organizer reserves the right of admission and to enforce the Venue Entry Conditions.
Unauthorized Resale: It is a condition of sale that tickets may not be offered for unauthorized resale on 3rd party websites such as eBay or Gumtree. Tickets may not be resold, offered for resale (including online auction sites), or used for advertising, promotion, or other commercial purposes. If a ticket is used in breach of these conditions, it may be cancelled without refund and the bearer of the ticket may be refused admission.
Behavior and Dress Code: Management reserves the right to refuse entry without refund to any person considered quarrelsome or aggressive, unsuitably attired, or intoxicated. The dress standard for Bollywood Club is neat and smart; guests must be clean, neat, and tidy at all times. The following attire is considered unacceptable: ripped, torn or soiled clothing, t-shirts with offensive designs/words, flannelette shirts, camouflage clothing, male singlets and tank-tops, hoodies, shorts, active sporting attire and active sports shoes, excessively revealing clothing, manual work clothing or boots, fancy dress, hats, caps, bandannas, thongs, sneakers, high tops, joggers, runners, beach sandals, massage sandals, and unclean or untidy footwear.
Photography Consent: Attendance at the events implies consent of the guest to the organizers or their representatives to take still or moving photographs or other recordings of the guests, or of their property, during and in connection with the event.
Media Release: Guests consent to the organizers or their representatives having an irrevocable license to use and reproduce the contents of the footage, image, voice, appearance, or property in connection with the event. This may be used in any manners and media throughout the world, in perpetuity, for promotional and public relations purposes via videos, publications, news releases, websites (including social media), and any promotional material.
Legitimate Purpose Usage: The guest grants permission to all the foregoing parties to use any photographs, motion pictures, recordings, or any other record of this event for any legitimate purpose.
Pricing: All tickets are inclusive of GST. All tickets and products are priced in Australian dollars.
Limitation of Liability: LOUDER (Louder World Pty. Ltd) and any other providers of products or services related to the Sites are not responsible for communication malfunctions, failures, or difficulties, or lost, stolen, or misdirected transmissions, messages or entries, or the security of any such communications. Furthermore, LOUDER and related providers are not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate entry information caused by users, equipment, programming, or technical/human error. LOUDER may cancel or modify reservations if fraudulent or inappropriate activity is suspected, or if reservations resulted from a mistake. You agree that neither LOUDER nor related providers are responsible for any damages arising from travel, hotel arrangements, or other orders made on the Sites that are not processed or accepted for any reason.
